Welcome to Vana'diel Bestiary, a large collection of monster data connected with database of our map site Vana'diel Atlas. In order to provide more information to our visitors, we thought of an extension to add to our little database, which was to add monster information that goes along with all of our maps.

The site is created and maintained by Nunuu, along with great help from Hsiu (with scripting and annoying questions that I may have), Lappie (for inputting mobs in various areas), and Senni (for corrections and explorations).

This website has gathered information from print sources as well as ingame experiences, but mostly from online sites such as the ones listed below, links to these pages are also provided on the links page.

Q: Is the Beastiary looking to use actual in-game screen shots instead of generic model with white background?
⇒ The reason I use generic images is because it saves me time since a lot of the monsters look the same. I have noticed lots of monsters, especially NMs have wrong images due my laziness ^_^; I am willing to replace any image, just send it to my email or post it on the forums. I'll gladly post it.
